What is a coupon code and how do I use it?
Coupons for online stores generally come in the format of
a coupon code. When you find a deal on our site that says
"Use Code: XXXX", you will need to enter that code
at some point during checkout at that store. It is difficult
to be more specific, because many stores have you enter the
code at different points during checkout. If you need help
entering a code for a specific store, feel free to e-mail
us.

How do I redeem a "linked" coupon or product?
A linked coupon is a coupon that does not have an actual coupon
code. If an offer does not have a coupon code simply click
on the title. |
How do I redeem a "coupon code" coupon?
Depending on the merchant, there are a few different places
to enter the coupon code. In some cases, the coupon can be
entered while in the shopping cart. Other times, the coupon
is entered on the order review page prior to checkout. |
How do I know if a "linked" coupon is working?
When you click on the link from our site, you will normally
be taken to a page on the merchant's site describing the offer.
Occasionally, the merchant will automatically apply the discount
to your order. However, BE SURE the discount is applied to
your purchase before you confirm the order. |
How do I know if a "coupon code" is working?
99.9% of the time the merchant will display the discount prior
to you submitting your order. If you enter the coupon code
and do not see the discount on the order review page, do not
place the order. If the discount does not normally show up
on the merchants order review page, we will note that in our
coupon description. |
Why doesn't the coupon work?
The coupon you clicked may have expired. If the expiration
is listed as unknown, that means the coupon you are currently
trying to use might have expired since the last time we verified
the discount. It is also possible the online merchant pulled
the coupon early. For various reasons, the on-line merchant
might decide to end the offer prior to the expiration date.
The merchants may also have modified the condition of the
coupon. There are times when the response to the special offer
is so large that the on-line merchant decides to modify the
coupon - to either a smaller discount, or a larger minimum

accuracy of the deals listed. We test all the deals prior
to posting them online; however, we do not have the capacity
to verify every deal every day. |
What do I do if a coupon does not work?
If a coupon on our website is not working, please contact
us using the link at the bottom of each page. After we receive
your email, we will check the offer to verify if there was
an error with the coupon code or if it has in fact expired.
If the coupon has expired, keep checking our site. We update
our site daily and as soon as we find another deal for that
merchant, we will post it on our site. |
What if I do not see the discount at checkout?
If you do not see the discount you were expecting at checkout,
we recommend that you not proceed with your order. If you
do not see the discount on the final summary of your order,
you will most likely not receive the discount. This happens
occasionally because coupons and deals often expire without
notice and there is no guarantee that all coupons will work. |
What if I have a problem or question about an order?
australiashoppingonline.com advertises coupons and deals for hundreds of
online stores. If you have questions about an order that you
have placed with one of these stores, you must contact that
store directly. If you are unsure about who to contact, we
are happy to assist you in finding the appropriate contacts
for that store. |
What about my privacy?
The only information that australiashoppingonline.com collects is your
e-mail address if you sign up for our free newsletter, and
your name and e-mail address if you enter one of our contests.
